Can't restore media of whatsapp

Do you have enough iCloud storage to restore? For me, it's usually a lack of iCloud storage which I've resolved by getting more iCloud storage or deleting some of the media like videos or images in WhatsApp.
That would be a question for the developers of whatsapp
