Everything in the IPhone is set to English. I’ve just another keyboard layout for Turkish. However, the Reminder’s title is Turkish after enter it. How is it happened?
You can see that everything is in English except title. Even, the icon is in English.

I see that you've used the Turkish keyboard to set up a reminder on your iPhone. The problem is, the rest of the reminder shows up in English, and I'm glad to help.
Add or change keyboards on iPhone -- When you type using a foreign language keyboard, what you type is in that language. Since the rest of your iPhone is set to English, the settings will be presented in English.
Change the language on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- If you wish the settings to appear in Turkish as well, change the language of your device.
