Google page does not load when on mobile data

This is a really weird thing that happens to me. My carrier is Mint (T-Mobile) and when I try to write to address bar in Safari, the page does not load. Only Siri suggested etc. are displayed and so I can click on it and the website loads. But when I just wanna search through Google, the page is blank and says “... because the server stopped responding.” Mint recommended reset the phone and try to update carrier settings but I did everything and often this happens. I cannot even load google.com. And it is not only Safari, even Google Chrome and other browsers are the same.

Anyone knows?
