I want to change the background colours of my Safari caption bar - example - "facebook.com" appears white on a black background. How can this be changed to black on a grey background?

If this is the case then why on my iPad Pro does the same website appear in black on grey but on the iPad Air it is white on black? I have tried the settings to invert colors etc., but it does not solve the problem.
Have now soled the problem. The answer is with the double box in the top right of the screen. Tap the double box and then tap “Private”. This solved the issue.

These colors are set by the website you are visiting. There is no way to manually change the colors on a web page.
