2018 MacBook Pro crashes on video calls

The restart has not fixed it for a lot of people.

Here is another thread thread with the same issue. Even though it is marked as solved it just say a guy is waiting to get it back from the Apple store.

I have the issue with Zoom, Google hangouts and Slack.

Is the problem I'm having (along with others I'm reading about) with my Mac Book Pro crashing with Zoom something in my Mac or with the Zoom software? I'm so disappointed as I'm paying to use Zoom for business and it is not working now. What to do? Just wondering if it is a Zoom problem or a Mac hardware problem?

I have same problem. Crashed 5-6 times. With Skype, Whereby and other video calls. It is very annoying!

PS. If you are asking so much for your products you have to provide so much in return! But what I am looking at right now is not worth money I paid! Keyboard isn't reliable, call crashes all the time. Are you apple or some cheep company with no respect to end users? Why your products become more expensive but quality of your products became worse and worse with each year?!

This is so horrible that this MacBook Pro crashes each time we try to use programs we always used for our business on our "Old MacBook"! We paid a high price to get the new MacBook and now face this problem and must use an old computer to do our business. Why is Apple not doing something about their product problem? Is anyone reading this in the "know" about anything being done about this problem that goes on and one week after week and month after month? It is extremely upsetting! What happened to the quality of the Apple products? They are going downhill and charging more! GRRRRR!

2018 MacBook Pro running Mojave 10.14.6 and mine is crashing on Zoom and vSee video calls as well. Complete system shutdown and restart.
