Hello hartmut49,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that Apple Music isn't loading for you. I am happy to help.

"If iCloud Music Library won't respond or times out

Try these steps:

Turn iCloud Music Library off, then on again

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

  1. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it off.
  2. Close Settings.
  3. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it on.

On your Mac or PC:

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Mac: From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Preferences and deselect the checkbox to the left of iCloud Music Library.
  3. Windows: From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Edit > Preferences and deselect the checkbox to the left of iCloud Music Library.
  4. Close Preferences.
  5. Mac: From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Preferences and select the checkbox to the left of iCloud Music Library.
  6. Windows: From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Edit > Preferences and select the checkbox to the left of iCloud Music Library.

If you have content downloaded to your device, it deletes from your device when you turn off iCloud Music Library. After you turn iCloud Music Library back on, you can redownload the content."
