Verify payment method - is sending me round in circles. I need help. I can't buy anything on iTunes until this is sorted.
I need to verify the default payment method for my iTunes account because my card has expired.
When I click verify I enter the new expiry date and 3 digit code. But I get the message.....
'Your credit card has expired. Please provide valid payment information and click done to continue using the store.'
Every time I do that I get the message over and over again.
So I tried to remove the card to re-add the new one. but I get the message
'Family organizer requires at least one payment on file.'
So I tried adding an additional payment method. But I get the message
'One or more of your payment methods require verification.
I'm trapped in a vortex. Please help.
