Since the latest upgrade, I cannot turn off portrait orientation on my iPad Pro! Help!

Swipe down from the top right of the iPad’s screen to reveal the iOS Control panel and then tap the red icon with the circular arrow with the pad lock symbol inside to release the iPad's screen rotation lock.
