Health and Activity App doesn't load data after downgrading from last beta to iOS12.4 on iPhone XS

Hi there,

recently I downgraded from latest public beta to iOS 12.4 on my iPhone XS. Today I wanted to look for my activity data and saw continuously the circle loading on the activity

app and also on the health data there was the circle of death, also on

the sources there is only the loading circle but it never stops loading.

I rebooted the iPhone several times and I tried to restore the iPhone

with iTunes but still the same problem, so i restored the iPhone

following the steps mentioned in the thread 8304049 but health and

activity still doesn't work. Has anyone an idea how can I procede

without setting the iPhone as a new one and loose all my health data?

iTunes is on the latest Version 12.9.6.3.

I made the encrypted backup with iTunes, but I had only a backup to restore from the beta.

I followed a tutorial on youtube and changed in the info.plist the product version to 12.4.

Everything works fine exept the activity and health app.
