Health app and Activity app stuck on loading

After restoring my iPhone 7 from iOS 13 public beta 5 to iOS 12.4, my health app and activity app seems to be stuck on loading. I tried unpairing, restoring and even resetting both my phone and watch(Series 4) but the problem still doesn’t seem to be solved.
