Videos play through in 2-3 seconds.

I have a new iMac Pro. I cannot watch any online video (YouTube, Adobe tutorials, nothing) without the computer playing the video through in 2-3 seconds. The only fix is to restart the computer. What gives?

Does the issue still occur if you boot into Safe mode? If it does then troubleshoot for software issues? Did you install any new apps, utilities, or updates shortly before the issue started to occur?
