I have an ipad pro and when writing on the word app the writing just erases half way down the page

I have an ipad pro and when writing on the word app the writing just erases half way down the page how do i fix it, as I have been trying to get support for 3 days now and they just can ring my phone number!!!

when i type letters to people, almost always it changes all the letters to q in the middle of the paragraph. I also notice it types out much slower at this time. I could not edit Word document in Pages Recently I couldn’t edit any MS Word document in my iPad Air 4 using Pages. This was not happened before. When I type or key in something in Word, my Pages suddenly short down or closed down. Is there anyone can help? TQVM.

What is this "word app?" Is it "third party" app? Try delete app and reinstall in your iPad Pro, see if still have issues.
