Backing Track Global Transpose

The transpose function does not seem to do anything in Mainstage3 aka MS3. I can transpose a backing .wav backing track by manually and individually transposing each track but I cannot transpose the whole song using the transpose button. For example, If I am on the highest level of the song highlighted in the concert, there is the option to Transpose, if I move it say 3 steps down, it does not complain but even after saving it, it has no effect. Some of my songs have 10-20 instruments exported out of Logic Pro X as backing tracks into Mainstage.

I really don't want to transpose in Logic but want to live performance option to transpose these track in Mainstage just in case I have a singer who need me to drop or increase the whole song quickly.
