Apple Watch 3 Touch Screen Glitching

After about 3 weeks of purchasing the watch the screen started glitching.

1. Sometimes I try typing in my pass code I can only choose the first number, after that it glitches and "chooses" the numbers all on its own. It keeps doing this and of course it's wrong and my watch sometimes gets locked for 15 mins. Nothing I do stops this sequence. Manual restart SOMETIMES helps.
2. Sometimes when I tap on a certain app it puts all apps on EDIT mode, it starts glitching and deletes apps from my watch face. Manual restart SOMETIMES helps.
3. When I'm on an exercise activity, I'll look down and the activity has stopped all on its own half way through my workout. I then have to restart my watch. And USUALLY the pass code glitch happens, so then my watch is locked for the remainder of my workout. Manual restart SOMETIMES helps.

I took it to the apple store twice, and twice my watch was sent back with "Issues could be NOT be duplicated".

Any help?
