can’t connect to cellular data

hey there! so for some reason i can’t connect to cellular data since the 12.4 update, i have done everything to fix it; turned airplane mode on and off, reset my network settings, turned roaming on and off, removed my sim and put it back again, restart/hard restarted my phone. even checked with my service provider.

at this point i’m not even sure wether this is a software problem or a hardware problem, i doubt it’s a hardware problem cuz this phone hasn’t been through much and this issue did not occur after a drop or anything of that nature.
