apple support error 2003f

i reset a password on my admin profile and it asked for the code so input it and then its showed a Prohibitory symbol so i restarted computer and held command r and once i heard the chime i clicked option and it shows a globe and asked to choose network and i did nd its just there on that i also redid it nd just sid command r nd the globe still pops up

Prohibitory symbol



A circle with a line or slash through it means that the selected startup disk contains a Mac operating system, but it's not a macOS that your Mac can use. You should reinstall macOS on that disk.


Be sure you select your network as shown below the globe in your second image. This will only work if you have a computer from Late 2011 or later.
