Unknown error

I’m trying to restore the back up to my new phone but am error pop up box keeps coming up saying “ iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. An unknown error has occurred (0xE800000A)

Connecting to iTunes iPhone 6 I am trying to connect my iPhone to my PC to restore a backup. When I connect I get the error message "iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. An unknown error occurred (0xE800001C)" I have connected to this PC previously to create the backup. Back Up with iTunes Hello, I bought my new iPhone X and it is not connecting to my iTunes. every time this message pops up: iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. An unknown error occurred (0xE800000A) anybody can help me with this issue? Couldn't get back up due to this issue :( Thanks,
