Playlist disappear

I recently turned off iCloud in my music settings And now my playlist are gone and I don’t know how to turn back on the iCloud option when I’m in my music icon in settings

playlists disapppeared I went on a trip where there was no reception at all. when i came back my whole playlists had disappeared. I had created different genres and sorted music and now is all gone. I have installed IOS 13.2.1Now my iCloud library in music option in settings has been removed, so i cannot access my playlists as before I could with no problem at all. If anyone has advice I would be pleased to know. After installing ios 13.2.1 I cannot access my playlists in the music app as I could before. I have noticed that in music settings the option for icloud music library has been removed. Now I can't access my playlists
