After installing ios 13.2.1 I cannot access my playlists in the music app as I could before. I have noticed that in music settings the option for icloud music library has been removed. Now I can't access my playlists

I understand from your post that you no longer have the setting for iCloud Music Library. With iOS 13 this feature is now called Sync Library. The following article will provide you with the steps to enable Sync Library:

If you have Sync Library enabled and you still are unable to see all your playlists, you may need to contact Apple Support for additional assistance.

When I click on my music app on my ipad. Only a few playlists open. I have enabled Library Sync
I have installed IOS 13.2.1Now my iCloud library in music option in settings has been removed, so i cannot access my playlists as before I could with no problem at all. If anyone has advice I would be pleased to know.
