how to check either i am purchasing demo unit or original unit (ipad pro)?

i want to purchase ipad pro 12.9 inch but how can i check it is orignal unit or demo unit as the seller already offer me that he has demo unit also to sale.

If people telling demo version iPads not for sale, then it's not for sale. Are you sure this "seller" really works for genuine Apple Store, not some "independent contractor," or a part time worker? Brand new iPad Pros, or other brand new iPads, normally sold in factory plastic wrapped sealed boxes. You watch the sales rep do the "entire nine yards" of unwrapping, and remove brand new iPad Pro from packaging.

yes, it is an authorize apple store. i dont think that they will sale me the wrong product but for safe side i want to ensure myself and he offer a very little discount on demo piece but i am not agree to purchase demo. i find one solution only to check its online warranty from apple warranty check. what you suggest? will it help?
