Bluetooth connection

I updated my iPhone 7 Plus to 12.4.1. All Bluetooth connection work except from my fitbit. It discovers it but drops it again. Updated fitbit app this morning. Tried all the suggestions that i found will not stay connected to sync.

Anyone figured this one out?
