Emails I put in my storage folders can't be "loaded" again. No change in Safari. Used two different computers which have BOTH been woking fine until yesterday. Is this an Apple problem? How do I fix it? Tried increasing my iCloud by an additional 50gb but that "fixed" nothing.........HELP!!!
Hey Charles,
We appreciate your responses to our questions. I am happy to continue assisting you further on this matter.
Based on the additional details, it's my understanding that you are accessing your @iCloud email account from our iCloud website using Safari. You have also tried multiple browsers with the same failures experienced. However, when you access your @iCloud account from the Mail app on your Mac it performs normally. This may indicate an interruption issue with your network connection, or browser settings. I would like to explore these possible causes further.
Are you connecting your Mac(s) to Wi-Fi or Ethernet for your internet connection? Are you able to connect to a different network to test for the same behaviors when accessing mail on iCloud using your web browsers?
If the same behaviors continue on multiple network connections, I'd like to have you remove stored cookies and website data in Safari and clear cache. To clear cache in Safari, navigate to Safari > Preferences > Advanced Tab > make sure Show Develop menu in menu bar is check marked, then close Preferences. Then, select Develop from the menu bar at the top, and click Empty caches. You can also take these steps for any other browsers you are using. Once this all completes, restart your Mac and try again.
Let me know if the same issue remains.
