I got a new Iphone XS two weeks ago but when I plug in any of my headphones, the music plays out-loud and does not recognize the headphone jack being plugged in. My phone charges fine in the same port. I have tried multiple headphones and cleaning out the port but nothing has worked.

1) Open the Control Center
2) 3D press (or long press) on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select headphones
