Service battery and unexpected shutdown when battery level at 44%

I just bought MacBook Pro 13 2019 (2TB3), the battery cycle is 5. The laptop always shutdown when the battery at 44% and only can be turned on by connecting the charger. In system report, the battery stated it need to be service, and after I do SMC, it turn to normal but the same problem occur of unexpected shutdown.
