Messages and FaceTime greyed out
Not sure why I cannot access Facetime or Messages on my iPad. Setting screen shows old iTunes login..also greyed out. Any suggestions?

If you are using restrictions or Screen Time on the iPad and if you have changes to accounts disabled (not allowed) you will not be able to sign out of his ID and into your own.
