Hello,

I bought my iphone with my phone contract and after having a new one sent to me due through my insurance at KPN i found out that there is a lock on the phone that doesn't allow me to use australian simcards.. I dont know why this is and now im reading things online that this is a lock put on by apple that CAN NOT be removed.

I know for a fact the provider hasnt locked anything as I work for the provider and have tryed everything to unlock it. The systems just keep telling me that there is no lock on it.

Please help me remove this EMEA lock
