My i pad is update to 10.3.4 but won't uodate to 11.0. But my outlook box doesn't receive email anymore because the ipad is not updated. What can I do

A 4th gen iPad cannot be upgraded beyond iOS 10.3.3/10.3.4.

Its internal hardware is too old, underpowered and completely incompatible with any current and future versions of iOS.

If you need an iPad that can run the latest and greatest versions of iOS, as well as, the most current apps available, then, you will need to purchase a new iPad from Apple or a discounted, refurbished iPad from Apple’s Refurbished & Clearance section of Apple’s Website.

You can use a different Mail app (like the stock iOS 10 Mail app) that doesn't require iOS 11. Or you wanna use Outlook Web. Because your iPad is too old and it cannot support iOS 11. You should get a new iPad.

Because Outlook is a mail app, the OP could just simply switch to using another third party email client that is still compatible with iOS 10.

But if the OP insists on wanting to use MS Outlook, then it is the Website version or a new or refurbished iPad.

It looks like you will need to get a newer iPad that can run iOS 11 or later.
