AirPrint not working on network

Apple Air print is not working correctly on UTAX printer. It has previosuly worked on another network but not on this one. (i have already tried contacting product manufcturer but they were unable to help).

airprint works correctly when i connnect a seperate router. However, not when i connect the printer to my current network i cannot see the printer on my apple devices. This leads me to beleve that that my network is to blame. i can't think of any devices on the network that would prevent airprint from working i have even tried using a different router which did not solve the issue.

any help would be appreciated.
