Hey i wanted to backup my iphone 6s because i got a new phone and i do not want my photos and contacts to be gone. But it will not let me backups my phone because it says there isn’t enough icloud storage but when i check there is onoy 4GB full out of 5

From the picture provided, you have 4 GB of pictures in iCloud. The smallest iPhone 6s has a 16GB capacity, meaning you will need to use iTunes to make your backup, or upgrade your iCloud storage.
