my old apple id is an old email that no longer exists but i have apps that i cant get in to with my new apple id what can i do

My old Apple ID is an email that no longer exist but I have apps that are associated with that Apple ID. How do I get the app with my new ID so I can use it. When I try to use the Hulu app, I get a message that says “Unable to Restore. This item was purchased by a different Apple ID. Sign in with that Apple ID & try again” Is there a way to get it with my new Apple ID?

If you want them linked to your new account delete them and buy and download them on that account

If you still know the Apple ID and password and can sign in, you can try setting up Family Sharing between the 2 IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
