But, note that your problem may be occurring because your apps were acquired using the problem Apple ID. You could delete the apps acquired using that ID and purchase (if necessary)/download them using the new ID

You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.

You can do a name change to the old ID.
