Money did not appear in Skype after payment

Why Money did not appear in Skype after payment . Amount was deducted from credit card , order from Apple was received with payment confirmation (receipt) by e-mail , but money did not appear in Skype .

See answer from Skype Support Service ... " Here is what had happened on your purchase, since you

purchased the credits using your iOS device, the payment is processed

automatically through In App which is third party payment method and your order

was directly made through Apple as well.

Skype do not create an order if we receive certain technical

error response codes from Apple. Giving us no option to deliver your order as

well on our end as no order number was created from your purchase.

In this case ,what you need to do is to request a refund from Apple as they can

provide it as long as its legitimate. "
