Face ID not working

Suddenly the Face ID on my iPad Pro stopped working. I’ve tried resetting Face ID, but when I try to register my face I just get the message “move the iPad a little lower” or “move the iPad a little higher” it won’t recognise my face...!!!

Try rebooting your iPad and it that doesn't help, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to them.


To Reboot:


Press and quickly release volume up button

Then press and quickly release volume down button

Then press and keep holding the power button (keep holding past the swipe to power off) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go.
