Best way to transfer large 4K video files from iPhone to external drive connected to Mac?

I have always used Applications/Image Capture.app to transfer images and videos from iOS devices and camera's SD cards.

I checked out the link you posted - first, I could not find it in the app store and second, I could only find a mention that it works on a, for now, beta only iOS. Are you running a beta? And, I would not necessarily trust a third party app from an unknown developer especially if there is a native Mac OS app available.

I agree! I had not used the built in application and had been using the third party but, now that I know about it I will definitely be using it more! Thanks!
