copying data without formulas or deleting formulas while retaining data

If I have a column that has a number that resulted from a formula in that cell and I want to copy that number (that column of numbers) to a new row that does not have any formulas (so I can adjust the numbers at will) how to do that. If I copy and paste the column it copies the formulas as well.
