I have MacBook Pro 13" 2018 and I wanted to know what is the default Hertz, I can't remember what it was before I touched it ...
On the microphone and speakers, the options there are: 44,100 - 48,000 - 88,200 - 96,000.

I am using a 2018 Mac mini and provided the default settings for mine. Mine doesn't have a built-in microphone, but I do have a Logitech webcam and that was the input device settings I provided. Since your MBP has a different mic, 32-bit should be fine.
