Disabled iPhone 7

I have an iphone 7 which ended up needing the screen replaced , when I got the phone back it worked for a little but then randomly disabled and I apperantly never backed up iTunes, I’ve never connected with a PC or computer and my find my iPhone or iCloud isn’t backed up or set up either . I’m getting literally no where . Is it a lost cause or can I still unlock it somehow ?
