So I signed into Apple Business Manager. How/Where do I accept the new terms and conditions???

Quick update... just logged in and was presented with the new terms. Agreed to all and looks like I'm good to go.

I guess the name of the game is to be patient haha ;)

Ok, so I was transferred over to Enterprise Support. Spoke to a nice gentleman named Matt. He advised me that it should be pushed out today but could not give me a definitive answer. The only thing he could tell me was to keep checking periodically to see if the updated license agreements show up.

Not exactly a great answer, but it's something. I'll continue to try throughout the day. I guess if it doesn't show up by tomorrow, I'll call back.

I recommend that, when you contact support, you not have "an attitude" - it is real easy to hang up on you - the Support Specialist is gonna have to figure it out too (by asking "up the chain of command")

Agreed, you shouldn't have to. Apple sent the email advising us this would happen and we're simply trying to comply and it's not prompting like it should.

I'm on the phone with Apple Support right now. I'll update this thread with what I find.

I am also waiting, but I assume it will be released around the same time as the iOS release, historically 10am PST. Either way, they never specified a time.

I am gonna assume they are not trying to “gotcha!” important clients

It is now 9/19/19. I received this email as well, and do not see any new Terms and Conditions to accept.

Same boat. Signed into ABM today (9/19) and I'm not prompted to accept any new agreement. Nice job Apple :|

I shouldn't freaking have to. This is ridiculous. But I guess I will have to take it upon myself to correct Apple's issue.
