What are the apps that macbook pro 2019 comes with

Hello, so my brother tried to do something on my MacBook Pro 2019 and he accidentally downloaded a bunch of apps including an antivirus that said that viruses were found. I bought this Mac a week ago, moved from a hp/windows to iOS so I am new to this. The problem is I don't know what apps he downloaded so I can delete them. Does anyone know if any of these are harmful or if anything wasn't already on and I should delete them?

Also the fan sound was really loud. And is it safe to reset it?

Macs do not get viruses, so any AV app would be unnecessary and potentially cause more issues than solves them. Looking at the list of app icons that you provided, I can tell you that the following are not the "native" apps that came with a "clean" load of macOS Mojave:

  • Avast
  • iZip Unarchiver
  • JDownloader2
  • ProduceService
  • Spotify
  • The Unarchiver
