Screen going Erratic when charging with a wireless charger (XR)

I have a wireless charger that just sits on my desk, and I sometimes charge my phone on there. The MOMENT I put it on there my screen starts swiping notifications and asking for my password. I am using a highly rated Amazon wireless charger, connected to an extension cable and a iPad charging brick. What is the problem? I manually have to turn off the phone, and if I want to use it, I have to take it off so I don't emergency call someone again :)

So are mine, it completely ate my last response, did you get it in an email?

You still need to try another wireless charger to determine if it is the iPhone or the charger. If it is the charger then replace it if it is under warranty.

Is it actually a Qi certified charger? But even if it is they can malfunction. That is why I suggested trying another one to determine whether it was your iPhone or the charger. If it is the charger then get it replaced under warranty.
