imac crashes randomly

I have a user with an iMac "Core i5" 2.8 21.5-Inch (Late 2015) that keeps crashing randomly. We have over 20 computers just like it with the same applications and virtually every spec that are identical. I have reset the pram and smc mulitple times, first aid, and even reinstalled the os. Also I have ran hardware diagnostics and it came back fine. They only thing I havent tried is boot into safe mode but if that doesnt work i am not sure what else it could be. I am doubtful that will fix it. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Safe mode is helpful for determining whether you have a software issue. Have you tried disconnecting all cables and peripherals other than the keyboard and mouse to see if the issue goes away?

Can you provide more info about what is meant by 'crashes randomly'? Does the iMac restart? Does it occur when running specific applications?

This article may help in identifying what types of kernel panics may be causing the crashes.

Last but not least, if the problems continue consider uploading an etrecheck report for others to review.
