Printer custom icc profile not showing colorsync

Hallo, I created some custom Icc profile for my printer. All profiles works, but I cannot see and use the last. I copy it inside the directory /Library/Colorsync/Profiles (like all other custom profiles), but I can copy in the folder but I cannot see it inside the utility colorsync and then, inside other programs likes Lightroom. I tried to re-create the profile but nothing. Same problem. If I copy the profile in another Mac, It works correctly, so I think problem is on my Mac, not on profile. What can I do? I tried to create another user, but that not solve. All my softwares are updated. MacBook Pro 2018 and Mac Osx 10.14.6 profiles created with Xrite I1Studio.

Good afternoon maucamo,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand you have a custom profile that is not working in the Colorsync Utility on your Mac. You mentioned you created another user account on your Mac, but the the issue persists. The resource below provides steps to try Profile First Aid on this file. I would also suggest starting your computer in safe mode to rule out any third party software or processes that may be affecting this.

Check and repair color profiles in ColorSync Utility on Mac

Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac

Take care.
