Itunes can't suddenly connect to Iphone, I used it before but now it doesn't connect.

Have you tried replacing the USB driver on your computer? A different cable? If you are using a desktop computer are you using one of the rear USB ports?
And you've tried it on a different computer?
both itunes and iphone are updated at the latest version... still it doesn't work
Already done... nothing
The computer allows me to look in iphone's library after trusting it, so I don't think the problem is about the USB or the cable.. but I tried them all of course
