Cursor jumps around and the computer is bearly usable! Started happeing since last update

Since the last update my cursos started jumping all the time, so when i try to move or click somewhere the precision in almost null. It is very annoying to try to use the computer like this, my frustration is just adding up against my computer.

I have a Mac Pro, since the last update about 15 days ago the problem started. I had to keep going, so I tried some fixes I found in th community but nothing worked. I tried changing some settings and the speed of the track pad, I tried reseting the settings for the trackpad, I tried cleaning my cookies and computer in general, and finally the Mac technitian revised it for fisical dirt and it was quite clean. Today a new update came and the problem intensified more, it is unbearable now!!! I feel lots of frustration against my Mac and its updates every time I try to click somewhere!
