How to use apple watch cellular
Hi,
I want to ask how can I use the Apple Watch with cellular. Does it come with esim and I have to ask the network provider to purchase the sim?

Yes, the Cellular models of Apple Watch come with an eSim. The Network provider needs to set up service on it.

Note, that the GPS only models cannot have cellular service setup on them as they lack the hardware for it.
