Apple Remote Desktop ADMINISTRATOR App - Will not Launch in Mojave

I cannot get Apple Remote Desktop ADMINISTRATOR v3.9 to launch in Mojave.

When I have had this problem in High Sierra I could simply quit the ARD Client processes using Activity Monitor and that would let Apple Remote Desktop ADMINISTRATOR launch AOK.

But this same tactic does not work for Mojave at all.

I have also tried delete system Preferences for the Apple Remote Desktop ADMINISTRATOR App too but this makes no diference.

Any help very welcome :-) thank you.

SODs-Law ... after all this time ... I simply did this out of desperation .. and it worked!

The first time you launch Apple Remote Desktop ADMINISTRATOR App, turn OFF all Remote Sharing buy unticking these, then close System Preferences.

Then Launch the Apple Remote Desktop ADMINISTRATOR App, then quit it.

Turn back ON all Remote Sharing buy ticking these, then close System Preferences.

Then Launch the Apple Remote Desktop ADMINISTRATOR App again to check all is well.

It worked for me on all Mojave desktop and macbook devices.

I guess there is some preference file(s) I must have missed?...

There has just been a new update to ARD Administrator v3.9.3 (1A50) ... and the issue remains.

so my work-around is not a FIX [have to do it every time :-(] so I am keeping this thread open ...

I have upgraded to OSX Catalina .. and a week later to 10.15.1 ... the issues persist :-(

Not really a solution at all yet :-(
