Could not sync Document folder and Desktop folder

My MacBook Pro refuse syncing Document folder and Desktop folder from iCloud Drive.

How to fix that? I've tried log in and out from iCloud account and I've created new user in my MacBook Pro, but it keeps the same issue. There may be some conflicts with these two folder, but no information and hint to fix it.

Try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop syncing by unchecking the box. Wait a couple of minutes, then check syncing. Allow time for the sync to complete.
