Thanks for letting me know. Trying to track the problem down. Mine also works when not connected to wifi. Can I ask how many airport devices you have on the network? I have 10 and I I am wondering if it’s a layout problem.
This does not work consistently. The big is wi fi scanning. If you toggle it in iOS prefs the app works. You must toggle off and on before signing into Airport Utility. Then all is well.
I deleted and reinstalled without rebooting ... al works fine (for now at least). Thanks for all the suggestions.
iOS 13.2 volume 2
Problem still persists after uninstalling and reinstalling airport utility’s.
I have 5 devices and the Airport App crashes after iOS 13 update. I have an iPhone X.
Does not work for me. In fact no suggestion in the forum has worked in my updated devices (iPhone 11Pro and iPad Pro 2018) except in the quite old iPad 4 (also updated), in which it works fine.
Has there been a fix to this yet?
Correction. This is a iphone 11 issue. Ios 13 on my wife’s iphone x w/ ios 13 eorks fine.
im regretting the 11 upgrade. Cant stream to my TV either hmmmmmmm.
I agree. My iPhone 10 no problems. 11 Pro has problems. See my earlier post for workaround. Toggle the Wi Fi scan in settings each time before entering password.
Wish I could get into the wifi scan but can only see the router in airport and requests psw to get to other features.
hope Apple is aware and working on it.
Go to settings on the iPhone. Not in Airport Utility. Search to make an easier find
It happens with my iPad Pro 2018 too. Not with my old iPad Mini 4, nor with my iPhone XS.
I would hope Apple was aware of the issue however there have been 2 updates since the issue started and neither addressed it so I have no idea.
Call into Apple Support so they can open an issue to Engineering. I have one that they are updating me on weekly. It is a change for the app itself not iOS.
Hope that helps
So what would be the order?
I have issue on Both XS Max and 2018 iPad Pro.
