I found a workaround until Apple corrects the bug.

Untinstall the app and reinstall it.

Reopen the app and when the app asks you if you want to save/register the password, answer yes. The app will crash again but next time you open it, it won’t.

The bug seems to be in the password handling by the app.

I had exactly the same problem with my iPhone 11 Pro on iOS 13, Airport Utility would crash immediately after upon opening it.

I was able to work around that by doing the following:

• Open Airport Utility and look attentively at my collection of Airport Express for the half a second they show. It took a few tries to memorize their locations in the screen.

• Open Airport Express yet again and swiftly tap on the Airport Express of your choice.

• it will work and take you to its settings page. You can work there just as usual.

After doing this it is not crashing anymore upon opening it.

I experienced this last night - noticed my AE, which is connected wireless to my Linksys Velop, was flashing yellow. Loaded airport utility on my iPhone Pro, saw a red notification, tried to log in and crash. Tried a couple of times, then on my iPad iOS 13 and the same happened.

Unplugged my AE and it returned to green and notification in Airport Utility had disappeared.
