If someone has stolen or borrowed my external keyboard for my MacBook Air, how do I find it?

As the title says, how do I find my external keyboard for my MacBook Air if someone has stolen or borrowed it?

Do they have a form of tracking device so I can find it?

Tracking my macbook. I recently had my MacBook ripped out of my hands as the guy that was interested in “buying” it reached out and locked onto it while flooring his gas pedal. The really frustrating part is I had just done a factory reset on it in case we agreed on a price, and he could take it then. But I was wondering if anyone had any way of tracking the MacBook. Maybe through an obscure google app, or when he turns it on maybe I can use the IP address to some how find it. I have all of that info still and in some apps like face book it says the Mac is logged in but not logged out. If anyone has any idea where to start I would appreciate r. Thank yall.

New Macbook under remote management Hi - I have just bought a brand new boxed Macbook Air from Cheshire Macs. On starting it up I find it is under remote management from a well-known London art gallery (closed at the moment). What is this about? Is it a stolen item? Thanks, Alex

Are the serial numbers for Mice and Keyboards the same as an iMac We just moved and we firmly believe the movers stole our IMac. My question is that the box still contained the wireless mouse and magic keyboard so are the serial numbers located on those devices going to be the same as the serial number on the IMac? If so if that serial number is reported to the local authorities is there any chance of recovering the IMac using the serial number. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Apple has no tracking system and you are on your own. However there is an app called Find My which can locate devices registered with your AppleID if they are online and remain registered to you.
